About the Role

We need a Senior UI/UX Designer who ships production-ready Figma files and design systems, not just wireframes.

We are hiring a Senior UI/UX Designer to join our Design & Product team at Techlumas. This is a full-time, Remote · Worldwide role working with a global engineering organisation on real products for clients worldwide.

What You'll Do
Own end-to-end UX for client products
Build and maintain design systems in Figma
Create interactive prototypes for review
Run user research and usability testing
Ensure WCAG accessibility and clean developer handoff
Requirements
4+ years of UI/UX design experience
Expert Figma including auto-layout
A portfolio of shipped products
Strong English communication
Nice to Have
Motion design experience
Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
Fintech or healthcare design experience
